well, if no star is the worst, i would definitely give it no star. This is the worst skin care experience I've ever had. The owner doesn't care about her customer's comfortableness at all, and is very irresponsible.

This is my first visit. It is one of the craziest weather, rainy and windy. The owner was 20 minutes late for the appointment. I had to wait outside. When we finally met, she didn't apologize for hadding me waiting for this long, not ONE single word about it.

By the time we finally moved on to the facial, I had another appointment within 55 minutes. So i suggested scheduling a different time since the facial is officially 70 minutes. The owner insisted doing it and ensured me that I won't be late. Well, as a result, I didn't finish my facial, and I missed my second appointment, and Again, the lady didn't apologize.

One important reason that I didn't finish the facial was because the place was freezing cold. I raised the concern before we really got started. Again, the lady ensured me that the air conditioner is on, and there's a heating pad under the bed sheet. Well, as it turned out, there was no heat from the heating pad, and I don't think the air conditioner was working at all.

This was my first review. I feel I have to write something to warn others. The lady has completely ignored what I've experienced. I am amazed how could such a irresponsible business exists.
