McDonald's at 99 North Milpitas Boulevard, Milpitas, California.

This is one of the few McDonald with a playground in South Bay. The playground is great for kids 3 to 12 with adult supervision. No shoe and socks must be worn. I'd give it high score if you are a family with young kids because of the playground.
Service wise it's kind of slow even though there are a lot of staffs. I feel the efficiency can be improved here. I couldn't even find straw and napkins in common areas and it's hard to reach their staffs.
