Milpitas Auto Spa at 190 West Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California.

Horrible experience with front line staff. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The staff continued to ask me to get closer to the car behind me then when I refused to move closer because I knew the truck in front of me was going to have to go in reverse to adjust. I stayed were I was and the truck moved in reverse. As the truck moved in reverse the front line staff decided to cut me off and move in front of me.
In addition I did not get my car vacuumed even after I got the full service experience.
The backline staff experience was much better.
